CANCELATION AND PREPAYMENT POLICIES 

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival.

POLICIES & PRE-AUTHORISATION PREFERENCES

• We pre-authorise guests' credit cards prior to arrival for all policy types.
• The amount I block on the guests' credit card is: Full amount.
• We pre-authorise guests' credit cards before free cancellation ends.

GUEST PAYMENT OPTIONS

• We accept the following: -  Visa and Euro/Mastercard credit cards or Cash.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES

Check-in Period - From 16h until 20h00

• Early Check-in: Subject to room/apartment availability ( luggage storage and check-in procedures can be done if arriving earlier).
• Late Check-in: Arrivals after the Check-in Period will have an extra cost of 25€ if until 00h00 and 50€ if after 00h00 (paid upon arrival).
• Info: All guests ID/Passports and a valid credit card (the same used for the reservation) are required at check-in.

Check-out Period - Until 12h00.

• Late Check-Out: Subject to room/apartment availability and with an extra cost of 50€.

CHILDREN & EXTRA BEDS
Child policies

•  Children of any age are allowed.
• To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.

Extra bed & cot options

• Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
• Children up to and including 11 years old stay for EUR 50.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
• People 12 years old and over stay for EUR 100.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

PROPERTY RULES 

• Smoking is not allowed Iin the room or in areas with other guests
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
